Most electrical work is done without a drawing. On a renovation or a new build that leads to missed sockets, lights in the wrong place and nobody knowing what cable goes where. We work differently.
Before the job we design the installation and produce AutoCAD drawings showing every socket, switch, light, data point and circuit, so you, your builder and your kitchen designer can all see the plan and change it while it is still cheap to change.
At the end of the job we provide as-fitted drawings showing what was actually installed, plus a handover pack with the certificates, the circuit schedules and the technical information and instructions for anything we have fitted, from the consumer unit to the smart home system.
That makes any future maintenance quicker and cheaper, whether it is us doing it or someone else, and it is the kind of documentation a surveyor or a buyer likes to see when a house is sold.
We also look after the systems we install. If something needs adjusting after you have lived with it for a few weeks, ring us and we will sort it.

Do I get drawings on a small job?
On a small job you get the certificates and a clear note of what was done. Full AutoCAD design and as-fitted drawings come into their own on rewires, extensions, new builds and smart home installs.
What is in the handover pack?
Certificates, circuit schedules, as-fitted drawings and the manuals and settings for anything we have installed, so everything about your electrics is in one place.
Can you work from my architect's plans?
Yes. We take the architect's drawings and add the electrical layout to them, then walk round it with you before first fix.
