Heating has become an electrical job. Heat pumps, underfloor heating, electric radiators and air conditioning all need a properly designed supply, the right controls and a tidy install, and that is where we come in.
We install electric underfloor heating and electric radiators, wire and commission wet underfloor heating and conventional systems, and handle the electrical side of air source and ground source heat pumps, solar thermal and air conditioning. On a renovation we plan the heating zones with the rest of the electrics so the controls, the consumer unit and the cabling are all sized for it from the start.
The part most people notice is the controls. We fit the most energy efficient systems we can with interfaces that are easy to use, whether that is a simple thermostat in each room or heating that runs from the same app as your lighting and blinds.
Everything is tested and certified, and if your existing board or supply cannot take the extra load we tell you before we start and price the upgrade as part of the same job.

Do you install heat pumps yourselves?
We handle the electrical design, supply, controls and connection for air source and ground source heat pumps, working alongside the heating engineer who fits the unit. On a full renovation we coordinate the two so nothing is missed.
Is electric underfloor heating expensive to run?
It depends on the room, the insulation and how you use it. It suits bathrooms and kitchens well, and with a good thermostat and schedule it only runs when you need it. We will give you an honest view for your house.
Can my fuse board take a heat pump or air conditioning?
Often, but not always. We check the supply and the consumer unit first and tell you up front if anything needs upgrading, priced as one job.
