A new build is the cleanest electrical job there is, and the one where good design pays off most. We take on the complete electrical installation for new houses and small developments across Surrey, for private clients and builders.
We work from the architect's drawings to produce a full electrical design in AutoCAD: lighting, power, heating controls, networking, security and any smart home system, all laid out and agreed before a cable is run. First fix is done to that drawing, with containment and spare capacity for anything that might come later.
Second fix and commissioning cover the lighting scheme, the consumer unit and distribution, smart home controls from Loxone, Control4, Lutron or Rako, audio visual, networking and EV charging, all set up and demonstrated at handover.
Every new build is tested and certified under our NICEIC registration with an Electrical Installation Certificate, and you get as-fitted drawings and a handover pack with everything documented for the future.
If you are building a house, talk to us at the design stage. It is far cheaper to plan the electrics now than to change them later.

Common questions
Can you work from my architect's plans?
Yes. We add the electrical layout to the architect's drawings and walk round it with you before first fix.
Do you do the smart home system as well?
Yes. We design and install smart lighting and home automation as part of the new build, so it is wired in from the start rather than added later.
What certification do I get?
An Electrical Installation Certificate for the whole installation, notified to Building Control, plus as-fitted drawings and a handover pack.
